In-Fill Residential Redevelopment Project

Due diligence activities for this planned residential subdivision in Cobb County, Georgia identified historical manufacturing activities as well as active rifle and pistol shooting ranges. A comprehensive investigation was conducted and a remediation approach was designed to include excavation, stabilization, and off-site disposal of lead-impacted soils. The project was performed in close communication with the GEPD Brownfield program.
